Martin County Commissioners heard from County Attorney Terry Viesselman on Tuesday regarding a policy update for county employees. BOYS BASKETBALL FAIRMONT 74 REDWOOD VALLEY 70 The Martin County West Mavericks boys basketball team got the No. 4 seed in the upcoming Section 3AA, South Sub-Section playoffs. Martin County West will play host to the No. 5-seeded Fairmont Cardinals in a 7 p.m. sub-section quarterfinal game Saturday night in Sherburn. Park Death THIS PAST SATURDAY ABOUT 2:18 AM THE MARTIN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE RESPONDED TO CEDAR/ HANSEN PARK AND CAMPGROUND FOR A MEDICAL CALL OF A PERSON WHO WAS UNRESPONSIVE AND THE PEOPLE PRESENT WERE NOT SURE IF HE WAS BREATHING. PERSONS AT THE SCENE INITIATED C P R AND THE PATIENT WAS TRANSPORTED BY AMBULANCE TO THE MAYO CLINIC HEALTH SYSTEM-FAIRMONT. THE PATIENT, IDENTIFIED AS 28 YEAR OLD DUSTIN WOLTERS OF ST.JAMES WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE HOSPITAL.
