Two Fairmont Cardinal athletes will be making the move to the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference next year to try their hand at NCAA Division II College Basketball.   Brylee Miller and Logan Junkermeier signed their Letters Of Intent in a ceremony Wednesday morning at Fairmont High School.   Miller joined a group of four other freshman to head to Minnesota State-Mankato to play for the 2024 National Champions.
