Mayo Clinic Health System recently donated $4,000 to Martin County Public Health to go toward establishing a mental health first aid program.

The mental health training will be delivered to medical, school and city staff.
“Treating a patient’s physical health is just one piece of a person’s overall health and well-being,” says James Hebl, M.D., regional vice president of Mayo Clinic Health System. “We are proud to support Martin County Public Health in establishing a training program dedicated to mental health awareness and education.”
