THE MARTIN COUNTY BOARD TUESDAY:
Approved replacement of main courthouse roof Hybrid Option estimated at a cost of $1,067,000 with copper at visible areas and colored membrane at non-visible areas.
Approved the proposal from ISG, Inc. for architectural services for the Martin County Courthouse Main Roof Replacement Project in the amount of $67,250.
Approved 2021 Legislative Representation on Capital Bonding for the Martin County Justice Center with Larkin Hoffman at a monthly fixed fee of $3,000 beginning February 1, 2021 through July 31, 2021.
Approved the Natural Resources Block Grant 2020 Year-end Financial Reports.
Approved support for an agreement to sponsor the City’s of Sherburn’s pursuit of 2021 Local Road Improvement Program Funding from MnDOT for the Temperance Lake Road Reconstruction Project.
Approved support for an agreement to sponsor the City of Welcome’s pursuit of 2021 Local Road Improvement Program Funding from MnDOT for the Dugan Street Reconstruction Project.
Approved support for an agreement to sponsor Fox Lake Township’s pursuit of 2021 Local Road Improvement Program Funding from MnDOT for the North Shore Drive Road Reconstruction Project.
Approved transfer of funds in the amount of $51,932.41 from Minnesota Counties Computer Cooperative Member Deposit Account to Martin County’s General Fund.
Accepted the resignations of Jody Hemann, Account Tech II and Jean Johnson, Accountant for the Martin County Auditor/Treasurer’s Office.
