On Sunday, Sept. 2 at 2:35 p.m., the Martin County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a single vehicle rollover in the 300 block of 245th Avenue in Martin County. A vehicle was located upside down in a cornfield. The driver of the vehicle had been ejected and was dead at the scene. The driver was identified as Joseph Weber, age 23, of rural Fairmont. The crash is under investigation by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office and the Minnesota State Patrol. Fairmont Fire Department and Gold Cross Ambulance assisted at the scene.
