The 21st Annual Blue Ribbon Pork Cookoff

The 21st Annual Blue Ribbon Pork Cookoff took place Wednesday evening at the Martin County Fair in Fairmont, with eight area restaurants competing.

This year, the top three winners were the same in both the people’s choice and connoisseur division.

For the fifth consecutive year, Seth and Greta Lintelman of Cup N’ Saucer in Sherburn took first, this time with a milk braised pork dish.

Taking second was Jessie’s Smokehouse of Fairmont, which offered a pork mac and cheese.

Finishing third with a white bean pork chilli was Blazer Bar of Fairmont.
