Martin County has 196 confirmed cases of the coronavirus. 11 active. Recovered 180.

Faribault County has 75 cases. 4 active . 71 Recovered.

Watonwan County has 293 cases. 17 active. Recovered 278.

The Minnesota Department of Health reported on Tuesday 480 new confirmed positive cases of COVID-19.  The total number of cases is 52,281.

There have been 4 additional deaths associated with COVID-19, putting the death total at 1,580.  Deaths among cases that resided in long term care or assisted living facilities increased to 1,210.

As of 11am on Tuesday, there were 294 people hospitalized, with 138 in ICU’s.

A  total of 45,987 people have recovered state wide and no longer require isolation.

The most current numbers from the Iowa Department of Public Health’s website show 7 more Iowans have died from COVID-19 and another 253 people have tested positive for the virus.  The total number of positive tests is 42,738.

The data shows there have been 836 total deaths from the coronavirus in the state so far.  Of those deaths, 455 were residents of long term care facilities.  There are currently outbreaks at 21 long term care facilities in Iowa.

There are 253 hospitalized patients with the virus in the state, 75 of those patients are in intensive care with 31 on ventilators.

Of the people who have tested positive for COVID-19, 30,476 have recovered.
