The Minnesota Department of Health reported 14 more people have died of COVID-19 raising the states total to 1,086; 876 of the deaths were among people that resided in long term care or assisted living facilities.
The Health Department also reported 372 new confirmed cases, increasing the state’s total to 25,870.
As of Wednesday, 537 patients were hospitalized with 254 of them in intensive care.
No new cases were reported on Wednesday in Faribault or Martin Counties. Watonwan County currently has 78 MN Department of Health confirmed positive cases of COVID-19.

There are 14 confirmed cases in Kossuth County and the total in Winnebago County is 11 cases.
The Iowa Department of Health reported 5 new deaths from the coronavirus, bringing the state’s total to 566.
The Health Department also reports 60 new cases on Wednesday, the state’s total number of cases is 20,010.
A total of 163,653 people have been tested and 11,907 patients are recovering and no longer require isolation.  A total of 116 patients are listed in ICU’s across the state.
