THE MARTIN COUNTY BOARD ON TUESDAY:

Received and filed Martin County Courthouse Dome: Copper Roof Replacement Project Update as provided by ISG Architects and Engineers; and to move forward with Advertisement for Bids for the proposed estimated 2.2 million dollar project.

Approved legislative representation by Larkin Hoffman law firm in the amount of $5,000 per month from February 2020 to May 2020 for Martin County’s State Bonding Request.

Approved participation in the 2020 Martin County Summer Youth Internship Program; and authorize Board Chair to sign the Administrative Agreement with Minnesota Valley Action Council.

Approved the Board Chair to sign the Natural Resources Block Grant 2019 Year-end Financial Reports.

Ratified out of state travel request for Sheriff’s Deputy to attend Active Shooter Threat Instructor Training that took place in September 2019.

Approved compensation placement in Martin County’s pay schedule for Chief Communications Officer and Jail Administrator job positions.

Approved the Board Chair to sign resolution In Support of Telecommuting Opportunities and Telecommuter Forward Certification for the County of Martin, MN.

Approved Board Chair to sign resolution to Proceed with Party Interested in the Purchase of the Gaylord Mobile Home Park.

Approved Petition for Impounding, Rerouting and Diverting of Drainage System Waters for JD #97,
