Fairmont City Council met this Past Monday

2024-01-09T09:47:51-05:00

On Monday evening, Fairmont City Council and city staff discussed revisions to a city contract with the Kraus-Anderson construction company. Fairmont Public Works Director, Matthew York, stressed that the modification is not a new contract, but an amendment to an existing contract and that there were no penalties for removing the community center project from the contract, but that the city just needs to pay out the cost for services provided to Kraus-Anderson, which was $24,500.
