Community Health and Human Services of Faribault and Martin Counties report:11 new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases to report today.
Martin County: 10 new cases, two currently hospitalized. MDH will be reporting 8 new cases today. Two of these cases were reported by MDH on an earlier date but found to reside in Martin County so they were transferred to our case list.

Faribault County: 1 new case, not currently hospitalized.

Watonwan County has 572 confirmed cases. Active 21. Currently known hospitalized 2. Out of isolation 547.
The Minnesota Department of Health reported on Wednesday 1,082 new confirmed positive cases of COVID-19. The total number of cases in Minnesota is 126,591.
There have been 35 additional deaths associated with COVID-19, putting the state’s death total at 2,281. Deaths among cases that resided in long term care or assisted living facilities increased to 1,608.
A total of 113,158 people have recovered state wide and no longer require isolation.
The latest numbers from the Iowa Department of Public Health show 31 more Iowans have died from COVID-19 and 1,276 new cases have been reported.The number of new positive COVID-19 tests reported for the time period brings the total number of positive tests to 109,573. Of the people who have tested positive for COVID-19, 84,623 are recovered.
The data shows there have been 1,579 total deaths from the coronavirus in the state so far. Of those deaths 786 were residents of long term care facilities.
There are 534 hospitalized patients with the virus in the state, up 33 the previous day and breaks another daily record high. Of the hospitalized patients, 134 are in intensive care, with 49 of them on ventilators.
